Teaching experience

It has been almost three months since i started teaching. To be honest, the training i received helped only a little. The students attitude really test my patience. Their lack of interest to study is clear to see even at first glance. Their readiness to challenge my credibility is surprising. I did not expect such behaviour from the mediocre to weak students. Nonetheless, i receive blow by blow each lesson i carried out. I need to find some ways to preserve my energy and passion in teaching before i become drained. Anyone wants to help?
